I love the place. I'll stay there again whenever I go to Chiang Mai. LOCATION (5/5): It's central enough that you're near many things (not as if it's difficult to navigate CM). It's near Pantip, a mall where you'll find many things such as the supermarket Big C, fast food chains (KFC, Mcdonalds), ATM and a branch of True Move (telecom). It's also near Anusarn Market and several other night markets. It's walking distance to the Old City. There are several nearby buffet restaurants and bars. SERVICES and AMENITIES (5/5): You have free breakfast and complimentary water for each day you're staying. The breakfast depends on the scheduled menu and can be continental breakfast, omelette, thai stir fry, congee, etc. You can request it if you can't spicy food. Mai phet khrap. There are always fruits though. There's internet but you need to get the username and password for your room. It's sufficiently fast though. You can also request for laundry services and inquire for tours to whichever touristy site you want to visit. There's also an airport shuttle. Also, always bring your key card as you need that to enter the place if you're coming back late. STAFF (6/5): Thank you very much for being friendly and helpful. They also always greet when I come back and leave the house.
