Simple and beautiful Thai home. May book again. QqIt is not bang in the middle of everything but it is walking distance from most places in old Town chiang mai. The room was clean. Bedding was comfortable. Bathroom and toilet were also very clean and comfortable. The room had a lovely balcony with seating. The ac functions poorly and they don't have a ceiling fan but they do have a table fan. So it's manageable. The things that need to be kept in mind while booking are: 1. In the night you will need to unlock the gate and come in yourself which is fine. But the walk from the gateway to your room is dark. I managed with light from the phone. 2. The room does not have a functional latch inside. I did not feel unsafe at all though as a solo woman traveller. 3. The plug points are all blocked by furniture. So you will need to hunt for them and move a little furniture to charge your electronics. Overall great stay.
