Sitha Boutique House 

We were to originally stay for 7 days but upon arrival Khun Art (manager/owner) informed us that we would not be staying where we thought? Not sure what happen with original booking but he informed us that we would staying down the street? So we moved a few doors down the street into a brand new place (now called "The Cottage") for the night. No big deal as we were tiered and just wanted to get some sleep...we will figure it out in the morning. Morning came, we talked with Art and were offered to move back to other hotel, a few feet away, or stay where we were...so we stayed. Our biggest complaint was that there was no wifi...he installed super strong wifi on our 3rd day which was just fine with us as a great wifi/coffee shop was a 2 minute walk. Again, no big deal. Here is what my wife and I have concluded...GREAT location that can't be beat! Walk to everything, on quite Soi or street, laundry drop off right around the corner and a charming, genuine and honest host who tries very hard to please. Not only did we extend our stay but shared a nice evening of talking and drinking (Art happens to enjoy red wine...as do we) in his kitchen for a couple of hours. We highly recommend his hotel(s) to anyone coming to Chiang Mai for a week, month or permanent relocation...such as ourselves. He operates 2 location feet from each other..Sitha Boutique & The Cottage, where we stayed.
