Perfect for a long vacation(stayed in Chiangmai for 5 days). The staffs were friendly. The room is clean and spacious(Booking:3 persons). Our room has a mini-kitchen, living room and a mini-veranda.  I also love the location of this place coz it's near a local market, pharmacies & convenience stores. It's also perfect for people who likes to try Thai street foods(starts at around 5 pm). It's also just a walking distance from different temples and a Flea Market. 👍  

Great location and perfect for long vacation

Quite a popular place. Staff was always courteous and helpful. The location is close to main road. The room was plain, but clean and adequate. Daily breakfast was simple but tasty. We stayed for 3 weeks and the service was consistently good on any day.

In Old City Chiang Mai

The hotel has a good location within the Old City. 
I had a first floor room.  The ac /and WiFi worked very well.  It was a very clean room of reasonable size  and I was happy with the shower. I had  a conventional bathroom.  I liked the room but during the day there was some noise from the kitchen and laundry below if you weren’t out. The balcony was fine but the view poor. 
My large case was taken up for me, which I appreciated. 
The female staff had a kind manner which I also valued . Room service tended to be all or nothing ie whole room change but not easy to get less. 
The only issue I had, which they could easily resolve is the breakfasts. You choose the evening before from 6 options and are asked for the time you will be down, although I was routinely half an hour out with no issue, but it felt unnatural. And despite me showing a request written by a Thai friend for crispy toast, it was still substantially white! In the morning you choose coffee or tea or orange or milk and surprisingly there’s no facility for a second cup /glass or to have, for example, coffee and orange. This felt very limiting and by the end of my 14 nights, breakfasts were frustrating rather than satisfying, in spite of the lovely cheerfully kitchen woman. I would go back if reviews were indicating they had made better arrangements about what should be a doddle for a hotel to improve, at essentially no cost to themselves. 

Good but ...

We stayed here for 5 nights, the check in process was not fantastic, mainly just the guys attitude and grunts....not great first impression.

Once you get over this the rooms are nice, large with a semi outdoor bathroom, bit weird at first but by the end i liked it.

I enjoyed my time here, it a as close to a lot of things,we walked most places for food and drinks....markets etc were close.

3 points i would make:
1 - water pressure on the shower leaves alot to be desired.
2 - breakfast menu is simple...but it is budget accommodation remember
3 - if you checked in with the male attendent...forgot him the girls thwt work there are great and friendly.

I would stay here again.  For the price it was great.

Nice clean simple budget accommodation

I stayed at the CM Apartment for 4 nights in April 2017. We had the room with 3 twin beds which is the largest they offer.  On the 3rd floor, it had a living room with a couch, TV and small kitchen area with a sink and refrigerator (no cooking). There was a small patio with a round table with 2 chairs. The bedroom was separate with 3 twin beds on a raised platform. The beds were pretty firm. There was a/c in this room. Separate Bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. Dressing area with room for luggage or to hang clothes, and a long mirror. It was very clean and comfortable. They did provide breakfast which you ordered the evening prior. They do not have an elevator, but can provide assistance with luggage if you need it. Wifi was free and worked well. I really like the location as it is a very short walk up to Moon Muang Road and soi 6 where the market is, and basically close to everything. While the accommodations are budget, it was close to $50 USD per night which I thought was a lot, but it was peak season. I would recommend this pace if you want a good location and clean accommodations. The other rooms were just rooms with a bed and the shower is sort of outside on a balcony, those rooms are more reasonable. They do not have any other amenities such as a pool.
