An absolutely beautiful location overlooking the river, and fabulous hotel, we found the staff extremely attentive, our room was overlooking the river and pool, the room was nicely decorated with a touch of local theme, the buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choice, we couldn’t fault this hotel in any way.
We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough 😊

What a Fabulous Hotel

Entering the hotel is an indication that you are about to enjoy a beautiful setting, and that's how our stay here has been.  Our room has a lovely pond outside, and we can sit on the balcony and watch the ducks play.  The breakfast area, right on the river, is a treat first thing in the morning, and you can dip a finger in the pool on the way by.  Cool on a hot afternoon! We had lunch at the riverside today - delicious.  Cashew chicken with veg and rice.  Ladda served us and was attentive regarding my intolerance to wheat.  Overall, a lovely stay and a lovely room and staff.

Oasis

This resort is amazing! Rooms are very comfortable and clean! The staff is super friendly and the location is super nice! Its really quiet, you hear the nature around you. It’s a bit far out of Chiang Mai town, but you can rent a bicycle of take the free shuttle bus. 

Beautiful resort with amazing staff

Location: riverside, 15-20 mins to old town with grab (about 80-90 THB) but RIVERSIDE 
Decoration : typical Northern Thai style, so nice
Room : I book a family room , 2 super big beds. Very clean and big room with a balcony 
Plus : the hotel provide some local outfits for all guests.
Something is to be considered here
-Hot shower : very difficult to get the balance
-Light : too romantic for us with warm light . We just feel that its too dark. Maybe can give more, near the mirror for example.

Very nice hotel with good location, comfy room and lovely decoration

A very nice hotel, with large rooms, a good pool and very friendly and helpful staff. It is outside Chiang Mai itself, so you need transport to the old town. Breakfast at the river is a very good start of the day!

Relaxing place to stay outside Chiang Mai

My 7 year old son and I have stayed here the last three nights. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Always helpful and lovely to chat to. 
Breakfast buffet is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Rooms are fabulous! Clean, spacious and we’ve got a stunning view of the pool, river, and beautiful gardens.
Although a little out of town, it’s also away from the noise and traffic, and staff are more than happy to help you get to where you want to go (or you can borrow a bike, in true Chiang Mai style 😊).
Highly recommend, will happily come back!

Wonderful place to stay!

The boutique hotel has 30 rooms, beautiful pool , ans is set by the river
Clean, elegant rooms, very kind and helpfull service.
They help you with trips and advice. The restaurant by the river was perfect!
The best small hotel! Perfect to stay !! Highly recommendable!

Perfect hotel to visit Chiang Mai

Hubby and I had a very relaxing stay at this lovely resort. Room was large and very clean and all staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect along the river and the free shuttle to old town allows easy access to shopping and all the sites. The manager Ladda arranged our    requirements and made great cocktails which we enjoyed at happpy hour (2 for 1) prior to dinng at the restaurant on the rivers edge we ate there a few times and both the thai and Italian food was good.
Highly recommend and big thanks to Chonnekia at front desk who arranged a late check out for us and all the house keeping staff and the pool boy for keeping the pool so clean.

Fabulous room with large comfy bed

We stayed here for 4 days during April 2023 with our two children aged 12 and 9. We had a family room, which was spacious and open. Lovely shower, clean and comfy beds with a nice balcony looking over the swimming pool and river. Great air conditioning, and coffee facilities. The location is stunning and is so peaceful with it being out of the main city. It only takes 5 mins to get into the night markets using a Grab costing about 100baht. 
The breakfast is okay, and we managed to have something everyday, and they were so friendly. The rooms and the resort is tranquil and simply beautiful, however it does need a little updating, and touching up. They were doing some things whilst we were there. The pool was great for the kids and we often had this to ourselves which was perfect. 
We booked in advance as wanted something coming off the night train from Bangkok and they let us have our room from 9am which was great. 
If you want peaceful and something relaxing after the busy days of chaing Mai then this is perfect for the price. 

Tranquil small hotel 

From the moment we passed through their gates and entered the beautiful courtyard, we knew we would feel comfortable, cosseted, and catered to while staying at the Lanna Dustin. While in need of some updating in their rooms, this hotel has retained its charm and has beauty to spare. The grounds are truly  magnificent with a riverside location, interior pond complete with resident ducks, and a lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is quite nice, offering buffet style breakfasts every morning. There is enough variety to satisfy the pickiest of palettes. The pace is unhurried and the atmosphere serene. After arduous days of sightseeing we were thrilled for the respite this hotel provided. It was our fiftieth wedding anniversary and our hosts, with the hotel, provided us with an evening we will never forget...complete with Thai dancers, small band, a welcome ceremony, a dancing yak, and fireworks at the end. We were treated like royalty and cannot praise the staff enough. I would happily return.
