What was good

Quiet street, short walk to a decent pebble beach and to the main Kemer trade street. The beach is private though, belongs to the large beach hotels. You can swim here, but not stay for long -- for that, there is a public beach ~500m away. Breakfast at 8-10 a.m. as usual, with more dishes than I can taste in one day. Personally, I liked the large bowl of tahini and very fresh tahin helvası, very good, without any bitterness. Both the hotel in general and the room were clean.

What was bad

Our room was tight. No balcony in the 1st floor room, no view at all (the window looks to the blind service passage).
