Villa Blanc 

On february 2019 we spent a whole week skiing in Bukovel -Ukraina. We booked a double room for 6 days in Villa Blanc. Situated on a hill at a distance of ~2.5 km from the ski slopes and 200,-m away from the main road, this modern, quiet and very clean hotel offers a beautiful view of the mountains around. Services were excellent, a very tasty traditional cuisine, very friendly, serviceable and professional (especially bar and reception) staff! The outdoor swimming pool was not in service but one could enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi. By car, in 5 minutes you can reach the main resort with access to all skiing slopes. You can leave safety your car in one of the 5 parking places (2 of them are free of charge, one at the entrance, the other at the other end of the resort) for a 2.5-Euro fee/day. This resort is very suitable for beginner/intermediate skiing. Advanced skiers also have 5-6 shorter black slopes. Most of them are red and blue. All ski slopes are connected, meaning you don't have to walk on boots from one slope to another. For a total of 70,-km all ski slopes are served by 20 cable installations (mostly comfortable 4-chairs lifts) very well maintained; you can enjoy night skiing on 3 of them until 7.30 in the evening. A lot of restaurants and bars awaits you for a very pleasant evening. Everywhere, very friendly staff. Prices are very decent, you can enjoy a hearty dinner for 20-30 Euro/2 persons. We were a little disappointed in respecting the skier decalogue: when skiing, watch your back very carefully as snowboarders are coming from behind at high speeds and they cannot control very good their descending trajectory. After all, a very successful vacation!
