Absolutely disrespectful to offer one room in such conditions, no response to complaints and total indifference, the worst hotel experience I've had in Piriápolis, a place I frequently travel to.

No functioning refrigerator, shower, water filter, control TV, 1 dead cockroach!!!! the TV

It is an old, simple, unpretentious but clean hotel with a very good location as it is located half a block from the rambla, being one of the cheapest accommodation options in Piraeus.The wifi signal does not reach the rooms and breakfast could be better because it has no cheeses or fiambres for example.In short, I consider that if, as was our case, one is only looking for a cheap accommodation, with cleanliness and good location, and will not spend much time in the hotel because you will enjoy the beach, this is a good option.

An economical option with a very good location.

The hotel is old, like all the ones in Piriápolis, not updated, but it is lush, painted, etc. The attention in my case was kind and I had no inconveniences. It is a simple hotel and the price is agreed.

A normal hotel, well-located

We were traveling along the coast, visiting several cities, and booking this hotel from one afternoon to the next. In the booking confirmation mail they request a deposit that we did not manage to make in time. We arrived, the location is very good, and we were greeted by a girl very lovingly. The second one appears which I suppose is the owner and in 5 minutes she matches her and us too: the phone rang, the girl was waiting for us and the lady passed by and said que los señores esperen (for us). The girl was noticeably uncomfortable at the hotel. One night my Italian couple asked the receptionist for a glass of hot water to drink a coffee.

I would recommend it, no vayan!

I stayed at this hotel for three days. I thought it had a good structure to be two stars, even though the rooms are decorated with an aging decoration. The location is great. The breakfast is not good. The service is good reception. The unpleasant thing I had was being woken up with a bang on the door on the 1st of January 17th by the cleaning lady. I thought it lacked some common sense, because in the revellion people usually sleep until later and I had been warned by the receptionist that if I didn't release the room by 10:00 there would be no cleaning that day.

Hotel with potential for improvement

Not only did the owner of the hotel, a senior lady without any education, answer me, but she told me that they only had one room. After a warm conversation with the owner and explaining that we were booking two rooms, she told me that it was okay, that there was no problem. Well, then the next morning the rooms were not literally listed and we had to wait to get back to the hotel.

An old hotel with good care.

I've been staying at this hotel for a month now, I have to say the structure is simple and dated, but very cozy, the rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly, it's in an ideal location in the city center and 200 meters from the sea.

Quiet and clean

We stayed 10 days in a two-room apartment, bathroom, kitchen and private patio. Great beds, hot water, whatever problems were quickly resolved. The cleanliness was perfect, the fantastic warmth of Mrs. Ilma made us feel at home. I highly recommend a simple hotel, great price, close to supermarket, shops, restaurants and half a block from the beach.

It's been at least 2 years since I've been to that hotel.winter and summer.whatever the cleanliness is excellent.the good treatment of the owner and his employees.super commodities the beds.and a beach square.y very good price.
