1- The Hotel Management claimed that they are 5 Starts Hotel Level and the truth is they are below 4 Star Standard due to the following reasons:-
1- The Air Conditioning was Not working and for 3 nights was Not fixed despite continuous follow-up.
2- The Bath Tap has water blockage and it took them 2 days to be fixed.
3- The rooms and corridors having an uncomfortable smell which is inappropriate with the International Hotels.

What was bad
The hotel lobby was bad and the reception was very bad. The rooms were a scam for us because they did not look like the pictures shown and were unclean and the hotel smelled like a dead body. The rooms boasted sound insulation and we could hear everything next to us. It was the worst experience I had in Moscow.
