Deposit for three-room apartments — RUB 10 000.00, for other apartments — RUB 5 000.00.
The maximum number of people with access to the apartment is indicated at the time of booking. A list of all guests is required on the evening before the day of arrival to order passes. Admission is based on the original passport, driver's license or passport, minors must be with their parents, the original birth certificate and passport (if received).
The return time of the security deposit is carried out within 3-7 days.
There is no possibility to smoke in the apartment, to be a minor without parents, to arrange noisy events. Large-size deliveries (any measurement larger than a meter). All plans that differ from the standard accommodation must be agreed upon before booking. |
