We really enjoyed our experience, our host was friendly, informative and helpful. The accommodation was clean, large (2 rooms, great for a family) and very convenient to access Verona sights. Aircon was brilliant as it was very hot. Quiet location on a side street.

Great visit, lovely space and excellent host

What a friendly owner! He helped us a lot, even when we left he brought us to the taxi stand and talked to the driver.

The location is perfect. Just a 30 meter walk to the main square, but quiet enough to enjoy the inner city.

The rooms are spacious. We had rooms 4 and 5 on the third floor. With a fridge and a good shower.

Great host, excellent location

Stayed here for 1 night whilst in Verona. The rooms are behind an old blue door in there piazza but we found it fairly easily. The staff were helpful and our room was ready as soon as we arrived at lunchtime. The room was bright and airy, air con worked well and the bathroom/shower was very big. All in all a lovely quaint place to stay right in the centre. 

Fantastic location 

We found this place with not to many reviews but decided to try it on our trip to Verona. This is not a Hotel so keep that in mind,  but it worked out fine for us. Do read about arrival times and let them know when you are expected to get there so there will be someone to give you keys and main entrance codes. The rooms are nice we rented three for our group, they have a central dining room/kitchen where you can prepare basic stuff. The have private bathrooms and overall its a great deal in Verona. Its situated right in the middle of town and walking distance to all you have to see here.

Very nice place in the middle of Verona

My friend and I booked this B&B to go and see the Bocelli concert. 
Despite google map directions were not correct we managed to reach the place by contacting the owner who was very polite and gentle. He escorted us to the place. The building is very old. We were on he second floor and had two big bedrooms. The place had air conditioning and a tv in each bedroom but the decor and quality of the furnishing was very run down. We checked pictures on several websites and they don’t correspond to what we got. Maybe they have some rooms better than others but this is misleading. Both bathrooms and kitchen which we don’t even touch it were not very clean. The little glass on the kitchen window was even broken. Also the flat faced a really busy street and the noise was very disturbing. 
All in all I wouldn’t go back as I don’t feel it is worth the money you pay. 
The location however is fantastic.  

Medriocre

A delayed review, nevertheless, I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Verona! We were greeted by the friendly owner who was very punctual and gave us a list of recommendations for local restaurants, one of which we went to the evening of our arrival, and was wonderful! The B&B is situated right in the center, round the corner from Piazza delle Erbe! Absolutely perfect location! Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. All in all, a perfect stay and I will definitely be returning here next time I'm in Verona! Grazie Alessandro!

Perfect stay

Lovely two night stay.  The furnishings and room were tasteful, mini fridge in the room, espresso, drip coffee maker, cups and plates in the common dining area.  We felt like locals going to our own place in the historic center of Verona, steps away from the Piazza di Erbe.  The AC and Internet worked well.  Pleasant walk to the bus stop that takes you to the train station.

Like a Second Home

The owner was really nice, he told us the main points of the city, where to eat and what to see (and not see). He also allowed us to keep our bags after check out without an extra charge!
The room is cozy, beautiful and clean and the location is absolutly amazing: near all the main points of Verona (10/10).
The only negative points were first: to leave and second: the noise at night. The apartment is in an area where young people go out and they turn on loud music until about 4 am. Maybe sound isolation in the rooms is the only thing to improve!
