The check-in went smoothly, so did the check-out. However when I came to grab my luggage I was accosted very aggressively by the receptionist for either a misunderstanding or a default of payment from another customer. I had to show my reservation document to prove i paid in full. After a bit she checked the computer, looked for the information and cleared my name of any

The cleaner came to the room when we were still in there without knocking EVERY MORNING.
Nobody said that cuppuccino was not included in the breakfast and we had to pay extra (it was horrible).
The bathrobe smelled like someone smoked in it.
They did not change dirty glasses.
There is a horrible noise coming from outside.
People are sad and careless.

Location was good close to train and metro station.
What was bad
Very basic room. No fridge, no water, no safe, lift not working. No shower screen or curtain so the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower.
