We were placed in another room (with twin beds, there were no longer a priori double rooms) by the receptionist, but all are in a deplorable condition, the hotel seems almost abandoned, dirty furniture, paper that takes off, the broken elevator, and a decoration that even my grandmother would have called an old woman...

Dirty and poorly maintained hotel

The hotel is in a good location, just minutes from the Eiffel Tower, the staff in the lobby are nice, we couldn't get a Wi-Fi connection, the rooms aren't very clean, there's dust and hair, there's a lot of scratching, I don't think we'll be back.

We're not coming back.

At the same price in the same area it is much better. The cleaning leaves to be desired, Intonaco falling from the ceiling, the two stars only for the kind receptionist and polite with ad hoc suggestions.

Not to be repeated

We had found this hotel booked for 2 nights with breakfast included. If we had known... first of all the positive points: friendly staff, proper breakfast, metro station right across the street. The negative points: vintage rooms, scotch and paste-painted wallpaper, no climate for two days with a temperature of over 30 degrees, no wifi, gondola furniture, leaky fridge and more... Since the front room (it still goes on) we weren't in front of the window all the time. But with young children never again... Hotel 3 stars not from the Eiffel Tower?

Never again!

Small room, tachy toilet, dust-limiting all over the place... three-course breakfast, too traditional and not very varied. No parking except for a private, expensive parking lot.

Three watches

The hotel is located opposite the La Motte Piquet-Grenelle subway station. The reception is correct, the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The price ratio is very good. I will return there on my next stay in Paris.

Unpleasant staff, small, dirty rooms, no respect for customers, really disappointed with my stay the bass and the top, is that they charged me more than I expected and it's been over two months I've been fighting with them to get my money back

Just avoid it

We arrived with the Parisian sun, and I have to say that the receptionists were very kind and helpful, the first three at least known. The Chinese and the blonde were not very nice and the blonde was not very polite. The cleaning service is not the best, they even threw away the cards I had on my desk, things that I needed. The key even made it difficult to open the room, the elevator was slow and very small. The room 504 was small and not habitable, the bathroom too. Exposed to a five-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and in front of the subway, you don't hear the noise for the least of things, maybe they were the only positive things.

The quality of the price... unreliable.

It looks like a very normal 3-star hotel, the location is really comfortable compared to the metro (front) and you can also walk to the main attractions. The room is well soundproofed, the bed and the pillows are comfortable. The cleaning leaves to be desired, dusted carpets on the floor, a blanket anything but fresh clothes. They run out of power sockets. The bathroom is microscopic, there is a small bathtub without a tent to shower it. At check in they did not ask us for identity documents, and the management of the keys seemed to me careful. The wifi is little free and works well. Not maximum comfort.
