Close to everything just a few minutes.
What was bad
There was annoying during my stay, the hotel has a wedding hall on the ground floor and close to the bar.

Lovely old-school charm with great attention to detail, very friendly staff, great swimming pool and gym.
What was bad
I handed in laundry (a jeans, a sweater, some old t-shirts, a shirt and pants and socks and underwear) and the bill was 8200 rubles (100$). With those prices, guests should be informed beforehand. It sort of ruined my otherwise very positive experience of the hotel, not because of the money in itself, but because of the sheer absurdity of this
