The cottage has 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, an entrance hall and a covered terrace. There is a sofa in the living room, which, if necessary, can be folded out into a sleeping place for two people with a size of 140x200 cm. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for cooking and table setting.
Packaged tea, sugar, salt and pepper are provided free of charge. A filter has been installed to purify drinking water.
The water supply in the house is cold water from the well, hot water is heated by an electric boiler for 100 liters. Individual sewerage: a septic tank with biobacteria and then a drainage system. Maintaining a comfortable temperature in the house — air conditioning, electric radiators. Ventilation — supply valve, hoods in the bathroom and kitchen.
The cottage can accommodate from 4 to 6 people, including children.
Guests are provided with free Internet access, barbecue, skewers. Coal and ignition are available at an additional cost.
For children aged 0 to 3 years, a cot, a feeding chair, and a bathtub are provided.
The house is located on the border with the forest, the neighbors are on both sides. The packing area on the territory accommodates 2 large cars or 3 medium-sized ones. On the territory of the house there is a small garden with fruit bushes and trees — raspberries, black and red currants, gooseberries, cherries, honeysuckle, apples, pears. A barbecue area is also available.
2 adults and 1 child's bicycle are provided free of charge. Streaming services are connected in the house. There is a small playground for kids on the territory of the village. You can walk or bike through the forest along an asphalt road 5 km long, of which 2.5 km are illuminated. In summer, you can swim and sunbathe on a small flowing lake. Entering the lake on the sand or from the bridge.
