A simple hotel. It's a bit far from the sea, but for the money I paid (very little) everything was fine. Mondrem village, 200 meters of shop, to the beach I walked 500 meters (bypass), by the road to Arambol, but transport is not heard. Nearby are the BadRock and Thai cafes (everything is cheap and very tasty, especially at Taiza, but in the evenings there's a line).

It's a simple hotel. It's a little far from the sea.

I secured a booking on this app. When I reach the property I was told new management had cancelled all app associations a long time back. With further research, I found this place listed on every app today????????. I was shown a room by the receptionist and I could tell from his excuses that there's most likely a scam here. The scam is to charge almost double the price I'd  confirmed in my booking. Naturally, I moved away and found a much better value option nearby  
I cannot 100% confirm if this is a scam or admin issue. I've never encountered this failure of booking apps before. I therefore advise caution. Do ring the property in advance to check if your booking is confirmed or not and at the price you booked online.

It was our first time in Goa, frightened by stories about sanitation and grey sheets, and we were getting ready for the worst. But we were lucky to have a really clean, cozy hotel with responsive staff. The room, laundry and towels were changed on demand without any extra questions. The water was hot, the air conditioner - what else was needed? There was no TV, but we didn't fly here! Every morning we brought tea to massage with amateur milk) and a whole toast with jam - but we were warned, so that's a fact.

Great hotel for northern Goa.

Our flight was delayed for 20 hours and we flew to the hotel a day later at 4 o'clock at night and quickly gave the keys and went to bed. And we got organized early in the morning. Breakfast was clearly brought at 8.30 to 2 toast per person, butter, jam and tea with milk. We had 3 including a child and 3 places is a mattress. Our grandmother slept on it, because it wasn't so hot. In the safe room, a small teacup, 2 cups, tea sets don't report. We offered cleaning every 2 days we agreed once and said no more.

This is a great hotel.

The hotel room was very cozy, the room was very comfortable, the plumbing was all working, the water was always hot and there were no problems. The breakfast staff brought to the room at 8:00 with a pleasant welcome  Good morning two toasts with oil/juice and tea with milk, but when you see it all with your own eyes it was another matter. The hotel room was immediately settled and brought breakfast. The room was very comfortable. The room was very comfortable, the plumbing was all working, the water was always hot and there were no problems.

It's a nice hotel.

I travelled to India in April 2019. It was my first visit to India (Goa). I was very happy. It was a beautiful location. It was a nice and clean hotel. I woke up the first morning from a knock on the door - they brought breakfast to my bed) There is such a service there!) It was really very simple and emotional. It was fascinating. Thank you to the staff for the responsiveness and the absence of TV in the room. And my neighbors for the spirituality in the evenings.

1. The hotel is a little lower than the road. Like all over India, the garbage is offered once every three days. Or when you ask. The house is run by wild pigs. A little further away are the shops, the courts of the locals with chickens, a lot of pet dogs, but they are not aggressive. 2. The inside area is clean, small. The rooms are also clean. There is no TV and no fawn, keep in mind. The cleaning is offered once every three days. Or when you ask. The house with the toilet, without curtains. There is only soap and toilet paper. The condor and the ventilator worked properly.

CUPILI when you go to the hotel for a reception SIM card for the internet, 2 pieces for 1000 rubles. All the good, the good, the bad, we live... At the canon of departure came the same young man from the reception from whom you bought the SIM card and demanded the SIM card back, to the question why they don't say that the cards are being rented, silently! We said return part of the amount then once we bought them, and you and you suddenly need them back, no, we won't return. They said we need them before we left, OK, we left. We left the hotel at 2 o'clock. At 21 again came his switch, say return to 23, we went away again.

Don 't buy a SIM at the reception.

The hotel is relatively new and is in good condition: clean room and bathroom. There is also air conditioning and ventilator. In the paid cabinet there is a real working safe (in some hotels a safe is called a locksmith). Cleaning every two or three days. Linen is cleaner. It is convenient to get to both the sea and restaurants, fruit tents and supermarkets. The travel time is 2-5 minutes.

One of the best budget places to place in this location

ZAZD: We arrived around 11:00 a.m. We settled in before we entered without any problems.. NUMBER: It's best to ask for a room on the 2nd floor away from the driveway. There's good wi-fi. There's less noise from the road. But overall, there's no noise. Everywhere you hear neighbors, it's like in one room... RASPLOJENTIES: The beach is 5-7 minutes walk away.
