The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Payment at the hotel is possible either in cash or by invoice. Payment by cards upon check-in at the hotel is not accepted.

Cleaning is not provided.

Towels are changed every 4 days, bed linen is changed every 8 days.

The apartments do not accommodate foreign citizens.

Guests are required to contact the property 48 hours prior to check-in to confirm check-in and provide an estimated check-in time. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
