Primary reason for selecting this hotel was that it was very close to the conference venue at Higher School of Economics. The area surrounding the hotel is very nice with Odessa Mama and other nice restaurants and cafes very near by.
What was bad
We were placed in the three rooms in the basement (where the breakfast buffet was also located, and where the night concierge was watching TV all night in an adjacent room). The room itself was partly okay, but a hote
