Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Good rooms and excellent facilities.
Overall experience of the stay was excellent, there were no bad opinions to say. We really enjoyed the stay. Would surely recommend to our friends.

According to the price, the room was pretty good.
What was bad
The administrator was so bad. Told us there is no more free places and said she was not responsible for our advance payment through the app. When you asked her to return our money, she asked us to contact the app through which I booked (actually the room we booked was free, she just didn’t want to work).
We waited outside in the blistering cold trying to contact the Ostrovok Team, when she came
