Service! was horrible! The receptionist was totally rude with everyone. She didn't even speak English, but I've been in other hotels with non-speaking receptionist and they were great! This lady (Black hair) was awful. The hotel does not allow you to keep luggage before and after check-in/out, which all hotels do! Also, she was so rude that she didn't want anyone to stay in the lobby! We will never return to this hotel ever.
